Race Preview
The Andy’s Frozen Custard 300 is the second of seven races in the NASCAR Xfinity Series playoffs. The race will feature 40 drivers competing for the win and the playoff points. The race will consist of 200 laps, divided into three stages of 45, 45, and 110 laps respectively.
The Texas Motor Speedway is a 1.5-mile oval track with 20 degrees of banking in the turns and five degrees on the straightaways. The track opened in 1996 and has hosted the Xfinity Series since then. The track is known for its fast speeds and close racing.
The defending champion of the Andy’s Frozen Custard 300 is Noah Gragson, who won the race last year after leading 85 laps. Gragson is also the most recent winner in the Xfinity Series, as he won the first playoff race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway last week.
