Chandigarh Golf League: Gators and Eagles share points in a close contest

The second edition of the Chandigarh Golf League, sponsored by Havells Lloyd and Trident Hills Panchkula, kicked off on September 26 at the Chandigarh Golf Club. The four-week-long league features 21 teams and 378 players competing in a league-cum-knockout format. The teams have been divided into three groups in the round-robin stage, where each team plays all the teams in their respective groups once. The top 12 teams will qualify for the Super 12 knock-out stage, followed by the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final.

One of the most exciting matches of the first week was between the Green Gators and the Soaring Eagles, who shared points in a close contest that went down to the wire. The match was played on October 1 at the 7,202-yard long course of the Chandigarh Golf Club.

Chandigarh Golf League: Match Highlights

The match between the Gators and the Eagles was a nail-biting affair, as both teams fought hard to gain an edge over their opponents.
